It verifies who the agent is acting for against the company’s own directory, keeps personal data where it belongs, routes model calls through one gateway, applies one set of rules, sends exceptions to a named person, and writes every step to a record that cannot be quietly changed.

Tommi is the founder and CEO of reDB Technology Inc., the company behind TraceMem, and previously served as a Chief Architect at IBM, designing systems for enterprises that cannot afford to lose track of what their software does. Tommi works from Ireland; the company is headquartered in San Francisco.
